If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or negligence.

How much is shipping?

We pay your shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Non-contiguous U.S. and international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. We continuously send order status updates via email/text.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our warehouse continues to operate and most packages are still arriving on a normal delivery timetable within 5-7 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. 

Please understand that we have no influence on the shipping and transfer times of UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
