All of the products sold by Opovoo have been carefully curated and made sure that they have been built to the absolute highest standards.

We know how high quality our products are, but we have also heard from many of you and many of you have expressed that you would like the perfect peace of mind to know that your purchases are protected no matter what happens.

So -- we've listened to you, and instead of a basic 60-day warranty, we're proud to be able to introduce the Opovoo LIFETIME Warranty.

For a very nominal fee, you will NEVER need to worry about your purchase with us again. With it, you can put to rest anything life throws at you because we'll have you covered.

Warranty Terms

Opovoo's warranties apply only to Opovoo's products and are subject to the following terms: all Opovoo warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must register your product at opovoo.com, provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from other online vendors unauthorized to sell Opovoo products including ebay.com.

If you purchased your product at opovoo.com, the product is automatically registered. All Opovoo warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from other online vendors unauthorized to sell Opovoo products including ebay.com.

By purchasing this warranty, you agree that you will receive a digital version (order confirmation/receipt) of this warranty and that a physical warranty card will not be sent.

LIFETIME WARRANTY


With this purchase, Opovoo warrants up to 3 (Three) products against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which it was purchased. Products must be purchased in the same transaction as this warranty or within a 12-hour window if purchased in a separate order. You must register your product at opovoo.com and return the damaged product to Opovoo. Opovoo, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number and be required to pay the shipping and handling charge for the replacement product. Failure to return the original Opovoo product within sixty (60) days will result in your credit card being charged the full retail price of the replacement product.

The purchaser of this warranty must demonstrate proof that they still have the item in their possession in order to be eligible. The product must also be in the original packaging. Our refund and return policies apply.

This warranty is only valid on products purchased for personal use, and not for retailers, wholesalers, or distributors. It applies ONLY to items that it is purchased with AND orders purchased on the same day as this warranty.
